Restoring the 223 is a costly venture.
We have been fortunate to partner with local businesses and individuals around the world who have donated funds and services towards our efforts. More is needed as we prepare to finish the tender with interior coating and exterior painting. A major expense will involve rebuilding the locomotive and the boiler.
